Septech's latest marina project, completed in September 2017 represents the first major marina situated in the heart of downtown, Marasi Business Bay. Boasting the largest waterfront promenade in the UAE, Septech has successfully completed the Design and Build of this iconic 157 marina berths and floating villas platform for Dubai Properties. Septech offers a portfolio of products and services that span across 6 major industries: water, wastewater, mobile water, utilities management, precast infrastructure and marinas.

Located adjacent to Al fahidi historical district, award wining developer Meraas Holding worked with Septech to Design and Build a marina authentically aesthetic paying homage to the age-old traditions of the UAE. Septech, acting as a specialised marina contractor successfully delivered this marina to Meraas Holding in 2017 including all associated marina services.
