These ultra-filtration (UF) systems are easily transportable and consistently produce high quality product water that meets the regions government drinking water regulations. This can be achieved through the treatment of a large variety of source waters. Septech has an established track record for providing mobile treatment systems for a wide range of municipal, industrial and private clients throughout the region. Regionally these systems have been used to treat alternative sources of supply during drought or emergency conditions and to augment the capacity of existing water treatment systems on an interim basis while permanent ZeeWeed treatment facilities are designed and built. Demineralisation Solutions Premium 10% cross-linked cation resins and porous type I strong base anion resins are standard resin-packing materials in Septech’s mobile flow system. Regeneration of ion exchange resins at Septech’s service centres provides the highest conversions for economical production of ultra-pure water. A proprietary rinse is used on the selected resins to prevent any residual QC test water from remaining in the trailer when it is delivered to the user. Septech’s stringent resin specifications include specific test procedures and quality limits to ensure that the products are free of manufacturing impurities, and can meet the most stringent specifications.
