Designed for the Middle East climate, Septech’s precast product range includes holding tanks, water tanks, septic tanks, soakaways, manholes, LIC pits, and vacuum chambers.
In accordance with Septech’s high quality control standards the manufacturing process is continuously monitored and our precast engineering team closely supervises every manufacturing stage.
Our precast products are based on innovative mould designs, developed cast and cured off site in our factory in a controlled environment by our specilaised engineering team. The precast elements are then delivered to site ready for immediate installation.

Strength and durability
While other materials may deteriorate, lose strength or defect over time, precast concrete products strengthen gradually and do not rely on the strength or quality of surrounding backfill materials.

Water tight guarantee
Water, holding and septic tanks are monolithic. This means that water cannot escape through cracks and seams. For multiple seam products such as manholes and LIC pits, a special sealant is applied to ensure a water tight product.
